EVERY MEMBERSHIP GETS ASSIGNED THEIR OWN DIGITAL COACH
The most critical part of marketing successfully is making sure both parties fully understand the goals and requirements along with the processes used in today's world to become digitally fit. We want all of our clients to understand our process and the role they have in order to promote open communication and the successful completion of each round in their membership. This is why we diligently stick to the "I-Fived It" approach of Brand, Build, Optimize, Broadcast and Evaluate. No EXCUSES, we work the process - you get FIT!
Round 1 is where i5 Digital sets the stage for your success! This is where we both learn more about your business to develop your Brand. You may already have a logo. In Round 1 we will clearly identify any opportunities for improvement, then expand into the multiple other aspects of creating your Brand.
Round 1 snapshot:
After becoming a member, you will receive a Round 1 Questionnaire.
In this questionnaire, we ask for information about your business, your logo, your competition, your vision, etc.
When we receive your completed questionnaire, we schedule a whiteboard session with your team.
A whiteboard session is where your team starts to develop your vision.
Once your team has clearly identified your vision, your i5 Digital Brand Manager starts developing/updating the various aspects of your logo, such as file formats, sizes, and colors, just to name a few things.
Your i5 Digital Coach will work closely with you until they get your approval of your logo.
When your logo has been approved, your i5 Digital Brand Manager begins developing your Style Guide.
The Style Guide will include customized imagery, such as your approved logo, along with everything else associated with your brand, such as fonts, colors, business cards, merchandise, promotional products, and much more.
Your team will use this Style Guide to help establish digital brand cohesiveness across your web site and social media channels in round 2.
*Please not that i5 Digital does not provide you with merchandise and promotional products; we generate ideas for branding merchandise and promotional products. You can take these ideas to your local vendor or work with us to purchase these directly through i5 Digital.
ROUND 2: LET'S GET FIT
Timeline: Up to 4 – 8 weeks on average
This is where your digital presence really starts to come together! In Round 2, your Digital Brand Manager hands off your completed logo and style guide to your Digital Coach. We will also have you complete a Round 2 questionnaire which is focused on your current digital presence, including things like:
who is hosting your website
website design likes and dislikes
We will also assign an i5 Web Alchemist who will build you a fully responsive website based on the details provided in the Round 2 questionnaire. While your website is being developed and based on your Membership level, your i5 Social Media Manager will begin building your social media profiles for *Facebook, *LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, *Nextdoor, Google My Business, Vimeo and YouTube!
i5 Digital Members typically already have something established on these channels. However, the branding message may not be consistent with other digital branding.
This is a critical step - when consumers see your digital presence, they see the same messaging everywhere!
Also in this Round:
If your company does not have a website i5 Digital will develop a "coming soon" page where prospective customers can see your logo and contact information to avoid seeing a blank page.
If you have an existing website i5 will build your website on a subdomain (i.e. yourbusinessname.i5digitaldev.com) so you can work with us on a platform that looks and feels like your live site.
If you don't have a domain, we will secure one for you.
If you don't have a "professional" email, we will build up to 5 domain-based emails for your business (i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com).
Hosting on our server will be established to house your new website.
An SSL will be installed on your website.
Premier and Elite Members: Your professional photographer and videographer will contact you during this Round to schedule your separate photo and video shoot.
If now is not a good time for your business, we will insert stock images into your website until we can successfully complete your photography and video. We don't want to delay the launch of your site due to this part of our processes.
*You must have a personal Facebook page and LinkedIn profile for i5 Digital to build your business pages. We don’t build personal profiles and pages. In the event you don’t have these set up, we will unable to complete company pages and profiles for your business. Nextdoor may not be offered in every city, so this will be completed based on availability.
** Your membership includes unlimited “edits”, like changes to content, images, adding pages, etc. to your website.
***Additional professional emails (if you exceed 5) will be added to your monthly Membership at $5/mo. per email address.
ROUND 3: BUILDING DIGITAL MUSCLE
Timeline: Up to 6 months
Round 3 takes the longest because a great deal of work is done here! Our team will develop your on-page SEO, press releases, blogging, content writing, link building, and much more!
In Round 3 your Digital Coach will manage your local visibility by gaining higher rankings for your business in various web search engine’s unpaid results – often referred to as “organic” ranking. We focus primarily on Google Search, Bing Search, and Google Maps through tasks including:
On-page optimization - This is where we build title tags, meta tags, description tags, alt tags, etc. in the Admin side of your website so when search engines crawl your site keywords information is gathered in order for search engines to index your pages.
Search engine friendly content writing
Press releases and more. In most cases, i5 will use a combination of high and low competitive keywords so your company will rank quicker for some than for others.
*Google AdWords and Social Media Ads are options that are paid at an additional rate billed either directly to you or added to your monthly Membership fees.
Round 4: TIME TO WEIGH IN
Timeline: Up to 8 weeks
To market you across the internet and social media correctly, we make sure to keep your name, image and identifying information consistent across all platforms. In Round 4, in addition to publishing high-quality video and social media content, your team will submit approximately 30 -35 listings to and/or correct search engine listings for your business on sites like yellowpages.com, whitepages.com, foursquare.com.
We show you how to globally maintain a current and consistent image on your website, social media, and digital listings. This is a critical step because too many discrepancies between channels can make you difficult to find, and it can easily make potential new customers doubt your reliability and attention to detail.
Round 5: GOING THE DISTANCE
Timeline: 10 months after launching your Membership
At this point, we should have 5 - 6 months of marketing data to interpret. At your 10-month evaluation we will be trying to answer questions like:
How many potential consumers has your company connected with?
How many prospects did you convert, by category?
Where are these prospects - local? national?
Are these prospects you wanted to connect with?
What changes can be made to amplify your reach beyond current limits?
Did your efforts deliver expected - or unexpected - benefits? Can these be sustained?
Are you capturing prospects data like phone numbers and email addresses to generate future sales?
Cost vs. benefit - are you getting adequate return on your marketing plan investment?
